Therefore, we recommend that you read our Return Policy before making a purchase through our Sites to familiarize yourself with our policy on returns and refunds of Merchandise. By ordering products on our Sites, you hereby agree to be bound by Younger Me’s Return Policy.


Exchange Policy

Merchandise may be exchanged only in cases where the products were broken, damaged, spoilt and such during shipping and delivery.

We strongly recommend that you inspect any and all Merchandise delivered to you to ensure that you are satisfied with the items, including that the items are of acceptable quality and in good condition, that the items are not missing any part or quantity and that the items match the description of the Merchandise you purchased. If the item you received is faulty or incomplete, you may proceed with the exchange procedure with Younger Me.

To exchange a Merchandise, you must submit an email to Younger Me that details the return and exchange request of the Merchandise. Upon approval from Younger Me, all returned Merchandise must be:

  • In its original undamaged packaging and condition with complete accessories and tags, if applicable, together with the receipt or invoice of the Merchandise;
  • Sent to Younger Me with freight charges prepaid and borne by you; and
  • Packaged in proper shipping cartons and packaging materials.

Returned Merchandise will only be accepted if all of the above conditions and procedures have been complied with. Please note that there are no refunds on any shipping fees charged for the original order.

You hereby understand that you must retain all supporting courier documents as proof of returning and exchanging the Merchandise and for tracking purposes. If the returned Merchandise is not received by Younger Me, it is your responsibility to trace the shipment.

Upon inspection and approval of the returned Merchandise, Younger Me will proceed to arrange for a replacement, subject to stock availability. The replacement of Merchandise from third parties will be borne by the respective parties.

Refunds of Merchandise are only applicable on a case-to-case basis.
