REGISTRATION AND USER ACCOUNT


  1. How do I sign up as a Younger Me member?
    To register as a Younger Me member:
    • At the home page, click on the ‘SIGN UP’ button located at the top right corner.

    • A pop-up signup form will be displayed. Enter your chosen Name, Email, and Password.
    • Tick on the Term of Service and Privacy Policy agreement checkbox and click ‘Sign Up’ to continue with Member registration.

    • An activation link will be sent to your email. If the email is not in your inbox, please check your Junk or Trash folder and include Younger Me to your email whitelist.

  2. How do I login to my Younger Me account?
    At the homepage, click on the ‘LOGIN’ button at the top right corner to login to your Younger Me account.


    Enter your Email and Password, and click the ‘LOGIN’ button. After logging in for the first time, please change your Password immediately for safety purposes.


    You may also login using your Facebook or Google account. Click on ‘Sign in with Facebook’ or ‘Sign in with Google+’ to login.

  3. Can I change my Name in my account?
    Yes, you may change your Name by following the steps below:
    • At the top right corner, click on “Younger Me” and then select “PROFILE” in the drop down menu.

    • At your Profile page, you will find see the "Account Information” section at the top.
    • Change your Name in the Full Name bar.

    • Please ensure that the Email, Mobile and Country fields are filled in.
    • Finally, click “UPDATE” to change your account Name.

  4. I have forgotten my Login email. Will I be able to retrieve it?
    Yes, you may retrieve your email by contacting Younger Me customer service. Contact us by:
    • Our phones are open from Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm;
    • Emailing us at [email protected]; or
    • Filling in the form at “Contact Us” page.

  5. Can I change my Password? How?
    • You may change the Password on your account at your Profile page.
    • At the Profile page, scroll down to the “Account Password” section.
    • Enter your new Password and Confirm Password.

    • Click “UPDATE” to confirm Password change.

  6. I can’t remember my Password. What do I do?
    You can reset your password by:
    • Clicking on “Forgot Password” link at the pop-up Login window.

    • In Forgot Password page, enter your Email address to reset your Password.

    • A Password Reset link will be sent to your registered email address.

  7. How do I add my payment information to my account?
    • At the Profile page, scroll down to the “Payment Information” section.
    • Enter all necessary payment information in the form. Please ensure that all information is complete, accurate and up-to-date.
    • Click “UPDATE” add your payment details to your account.

  8. How do I set a Security Password?
    At the Profile page, scroll down to Security Password section. After entering your Security Password, click “UPDATE”.

  9. How do I add a shipping address?
    To add a shipping address to your account:
    • At the Profile page, click on “My Address”.
    • Click on “+Add New Address” at the My Address page and a pop-up form will be displayed.
    • Fill in all necessary details. Please ensure that all details are accurate, complete and up-to-date.

    • Click on the “ADD NEW ADDRESS” button to add the address to your account.

  10. How do I include additional shipping addresses?
    • Click on “My Address” at your Profile page.
    • Next, click on “+Add New Address”.
    • Fill in all necessary details. Please ensure that all details are accurate, complete and up-to-date.
    • Click on the “ADD NEW ADDRESS” button to add the address to your account.

  11. How do I edit an existing Shipping address on my account?
    • Click on “My Address” at your Profile page.
    • At the My Address page, the addresses that you have added will be displayed.
    • Find the address that you would like to edit and click on the Edit Icon in the address box.

    • Make the changes in the pop-up form and click “UPDATE ADDRESS” to save edits.

  12. How do I delete a shipping address?
    To delete a shipping address:
    • Click on “My Address” at your Profile page.
    • At the My Address page, the addresses that you have added will be displayed.
    • Find the address that you would like to delete and click on the Delete Icon in the address box.
    • A pop-up window will appear. Click on “DELETE ADDRESS” to permanently delete address.


PURCHASES & ORDERS


  1. How do I shop at Younger Me?
    Younger Me products are sectioned into a few categories:
    • Skincare;
    • Makeup;
    • Fragrance; and
    • Hair & Body
    Click into any of the categories above to discover more.

  2. How do I search for a product?
    To search for a product, key in the product name, brand, or shop in the search bar located at the menu bar.


  3. How do I find more information on an item?
    Click on an item to access its product page. On the product page, you will find product details like price, description, product instructions, reviews, availability, etc.
    You also have the option to share products to your Facebook, Google+, tumblr and twitter accounts. Simply click on the social media icons on the product page to share to your friends and family.

  4. How do find out about the availability of the product?
    At the Product page, “Balance:” indicates the number of products available for purchase.


  5. How can I add a product into my Shopping Cart?
    If you are interested in purchasing a product, simply click “ADD TO CART” to place it in your Shopping Cart. As you click “ADD TO CART”, the number of products added to your Shopping Cart will be automatically updated.


  6. How do I see what’s in my Shopping Cart?
    On Younger Me website, the Shopping Cart is located at the top right corner. Click on “Shopping Cart” to access and view your Shopping Cart.
    At the View Cart page, you are able to view your selected products, price, product quantity and total price.

    You may also change the product quantity or remove a product from your Shopping Cart by clicking on the “X” icon.

  7. How do I proceed to checkout?
    There are two checkout methods:
    1. ) If you are only purchasing one product:
        On the product page, enter the quantity you with to purchase and click “PURCHASE NOW”.


      • Clicking “Purchase Now” will bring you to the delivery page.
      • At this page, select your shipping address from your listed addresses or add a new shipping address.
      • You may also include any remarks on your product in the “Remarks” box.
      • Click “CONTINUE” to proceed to Checkout page.
      • At the Checkout page, your product details will be displayed and an email invoice is sent to your registered email address.
      • Check your email and complete your payment process.

    2. ) If you are purchasing more than one product, click on “Shopping Cart”.
      • At the View Cart page, individually select the products that you would like to checkout by ticking the product checkbox.
      • If you would like to checkout all your products, tick on the topmost checkbox to select all products.

      • Your total will be displayed at the bottom right of View Cart page. You will also be able to view the sub total, total discount, and the total after discount.
      • Click “CHECKOUT” to proceed to Delivery page.
      • At this page, select your shipping address from your listed addresses or add a new shipping address.
      • You may also include any remarks on your product in the “Remarks” box.
      • Click “CONTINUE” to proceed to Checkout page.
      • At the Checkout page, your product details will be displayed and an email invoice is sent to your registered email address.
      • Check your email and complete your payment process.

  8. If I order multiple products from different Brands, will I receive my products in the same shipment?
    For orders with multiple items from different Brands, you may receive separate shipments. Thus, you may also receive individual emails for different items, depending on the current status of your items.

  9. Where do I check my order status?
    Click on “Younger Me” at the top right corner of the page, then select “MY ORDERS / SHIPPING” from the drop down menu.


    At your Order History page, you will be able to view all of your previous orders along with their order details. There, you may check your order invoice number, order date, order status, and order amount.


    For orders that are pending payment, the total outstanding amount will be indicated in red.
    Click on the View icon of an order to view your product price, product quantity, discounted price and order total. If you wish to cancel an order that is pending payment, click on the Cancel icon.

  10. What is the delivery time frame for my order(s)?
    For delivery times, kindly read our Delivery Policy to find out more.

  11. Will I be able to return or exchange a product?
    All purchases made in Younger Me cannot be returned or exchanged except for special cases. For more information please refer to our Exchange Policy.

  12. Can my orders by refunded?
    Refunds of Merchandise are only applicable on a case-to-case basis. Please refer to our Exchange Policy for more information.

  13. How do I add items to my Wishlist?
    If you would like to add an item to your Wishlist, click “Add to wishlist” located above the product name.

    To view your Wishlist, click on “Younger Me” and select “MY WISHLIST” from the drop down menu. To remove an item from your Wishlist, simply click on the Remove icon.

  14. How do I write a comment for a product?
    You may write a comment for a product that you have purchased. At the product page, click on “Be the first the review this product” and a pop-up review form will appear. Fill in the review form, enter the captcha and click “SUBMIT” to add your review.


  15. Can I edit my comment?
    Yes. After you have submitted your review, you may edit your comment by clicking “Edit Review” at the product page.

WITHDRAWALS AND TRANSFERS


  1. How do I withdraw cash from my account?
    To withdraw cash from your account:
    • At your profile page, click on “WITHDRAWAL” to access the Withdrawal page.
    • Enter the amount that you with to transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100.00 while the maximum withdrawal amount is RM10,000.00. Please note that there will be a 2% withdrawal fee for every withdrawal.
    • Enter your Bank details, Security Password and click “PROCEED” to complete the withdrawal process.
    • Next, review your withdrawal details and click “CONFIRM” to proceed. Your withdrawal will be complete once it has been approved. Kindly note that the withdrawal process will take approximately 7 working days.

  2. How do I view my Withdrawal History
    To view your Withdrawal History:
    • At your profile page, click on “WITHDRAWAL HISTORY” to access your Withdrawal History.
    • You will be able to view the date of withdrawal, transaction ID, payment information, status and withdrawal amount.

  3. How do I make a Cash Transfer?
    You may transfer your cash balance to your own account or to a Younger Me member that is registered under you. To do so:
    • At your profile page, click on “CASH TRANSFER” to access the Cash to Credit Transfer page. When you perform a Cash Transfer, the cash will be converted into credit.
    • Choose a credit recipient. To transfer to another Younger Me member, enter the member’s email address in the transfer to field and select the email field.
    • Enter the transfer amount, remarks, Security Password and click “PROCEED” to continue to Review Transfer.
    • Review the transfer details and click “CONFIRM”.
    • After clicking “CONFIRM”, your transfer will be complete.

  4. How do I transfer credit?
    To transfer credit:
    • At your profile page, click on “CREDIT TRANSFER” to access the Credit Transfer page.
    • You may transfer credit to another Younger Me member that is registered under you.
    • Enter the recipient email, transfer amount, remarks, Security Password and click “PROCEED”.
    • Review your Credit Transfer details and click “CONFIRM”.
    • After clicking “CONFIRM”, your transfer will be complete.

  5. How do I view my Cash Transfer History?
    To view your Cash Transfer History:
    • At your profile page, click on “CASH TRANSFER HISTORY” to access your Cash Transfer History page.
    • You will be able to view the date of transaction, transaction ID, transfer description, transfer amount and cash balance.

  6. How do I view my Credit Transfer History?
    To view your Credit Transfer History:
    • At your profile page, click on “CREDIT TRANSFER HISTORY” to access your Withdrawal History page.
    • You will be able to view the date of transfer, transaction ID, transfer description, transfer amount and transfer balance.

  7. How do I check my Bonus?
    To check your Bonus:
    • At your profile page, click on “Bonus” to access your Bonus page.
    • You will be able to view your Performance Bonus, Income Matching Bonus, Group Bonus and Leadership Bonus.
    • Click on your Bonus Type to view more details.

  8. How do I view my Genealogy?
    To view your genealogy:
    • At your profile page, click “GENEALOGY” to access your Genealogy page.
    • You will be able to view your downlines here.
    • Click on “MEMBER LEGEND” to view Member legend.
    • Search for members who are registered under your account by entering their email address in the search bar.


BLOGS


  1. How do I bookmark a blog?
    To bookmark a blog:
    • Click on “BLOG” from the menu bar.

    • Click into a blog post of interest, and click “BOOKMARK” at the bottom of the page.
    • The blog post is bookmarked and can be found in your Blog Bookmark page.

  2. How do I find the Blogs that I bookmarked?
    • At the top right corner, click on “Younger Me” and then select “BLOG BOOKMARK” in the drop down menu.
    • Your bookmarked blogs will be displayed at the Blog Bookmark page.

  3. How do I remove a blog from my Blog Bookmark page?
    • Click on the blog that you wish to remove from your Blog Bookmark page, and click on “BOOKMARKED” at the bottom of the page.
    • The blog is removed from your Blog Bookmark page.

  4. How do I request to be a blogger for Younger Me?
    • Click “REQUEST TO BE BLOGGER” at the bottom of the website.
    • Enter your blog website address and tick the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy agreement checkbox.
    • Click on “SIGN UP” to complete the request.
