At Younger Me, we use reasonable endeavors to deliver Merchandise of acceptable quality to your specified delivery address within reasonable time. However, Younger Me cannot guarantee that the delivery time will be fixed and all delivery lead times are estimations. We shall not be held liable for any delay in delivery services if the delay is due to causes beyond our control.


Your order will be shipped through Younger Me’s established courier services, as displayed in our Sites. A delivery fee may be charged according to the courier service provider. For international orders, shipping cost is calculated on weight basis and will be solely shouldered by you, regardless of the amount of your orders.

Once your order is prepared for shipping and delivery, you will receive an email with courier and tracking information. Kindly allow up to 24 hours for the courier to update your parcel’s status on their tracking system before you attempt to trace it. Please note that Younger Me is not responsible for tracking your parcel’s whereabouts once it has been sent out for delivery.

If you ordered multiple items from multiple Brands, you may receive separate shipments. Thus, you may receive individual emails for different items, depending on the current status of your item from the respective Brands.

The order delivery timeframe varies between products. Delivery services are only available on working days, from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
